The Darmstadt composer Alois Bröder completely relies on the strength of the tones and the own compositional imagination in his Drei neue Spiele. A concentrated music which exhausts not only the thrifty basic material but proceeds just as reliably with timings. The seasoning how so often is here in the brevity. Above all the central movement, in which the sounds seem to come out of the nothing, produces a virtually vibrating high tension in the change of silence and gradually for increasing sound construction.
