Elaborate timbres
A premiere was in the centre of the 5th concert of the series "Soli fan tutti". Susanne Haaf and Michael Schmidt (clarinet), Hans-Jürgen Höfele and Klaus Holtorp (bassoon) as well as Yvonne Haas and Martin Walz (horn) presented in the lecture hall of the house of history the wind sextet Färbungen, Störungen which the Darmstadt composer Alois Bröder wrote more than ten years ago. Entertaining in all it's modernity one could listen a piece, which drives an attractive game with the alienation of sounds up to key- and breath noises. In the second part whirling trouble fires of the remaining instruments are opposed the natural tones of the horns. The musicians of the state theatre orchestra going to work dedicatedly obtained with their reproduction of the briefly seized piece a clear success for which also the present composer was thankful.
